We may refuse service, cancel orders or restrict access to the website when we reasonably need to.
2. Products and Pricing
We work hard to show our product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and prices accurately. Small differences can still happen because of screen settings, photography, fabric batches or customization.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price you see when you place your order is the price you pay for that order.
3. Orders
All orders depend on acceptance and stock availability. We may cancel or limit an order in cases such as:
- Wrong pricing or product information on the website
- The product is out of stock
- We suspect fraud
- The customer information is invalid or incomplete
- The payment fails
If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid.
4. Customized Products
If you order a customized product, you are responsible for giving us correct details, including names, numbers, sizes, spellings and any other personalization instructions. Please check them carefully before you confirm your order.
Once production of a customized product has started, it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged, unless it arrives defective or we made a mistake.
